Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

We are unable to accept merchandise that has been used, or altered for an exchange. Perishable food items cannot be returned for a refund.
We are unable to refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, given our competitive pricing structure.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm EST.
Currently we only use USPS for shipping.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
We always try to minimize shipping costs by using the most economical way of shipping. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is usually based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
